The small class size of Grit Academy ensures every student will receive a share of attention from the school. We plan the teaching material according to the specialties of the students, and teach with the methods that are the most suited for the students. We decide the students’ abilities according to their cognitive levels, their learning skills, and other aspects. The mentors will guide the students in choosing a method that suits them, making up for their shortcomings while enhancing their specialties. We will build confidence in the learning process and enable the student to develop themselves holistically.

Besides paying attention to the students’ studies, we also pay close attention to the students’ psychological growth. Teenage high school students are yet to develop the self-awareness and self-control they need for success. For this reason, the school deploys teaching assistants that accompany the students through their course of study. There will be one teaching assistant for every subject that is available at all times, aiding the students when they have questions. The teaching assistants will help the students in testing and enhancing their understanding of the knowledge while reporting to and communicating with the teacher, ensuring every student will be able to follow the curriculum while experiencing the joy of learning and studying.
